Some reviews have accused Lewis of getting too close to his subject, or downplaying the criminality he was privy to.
I disagree; I think Lewis gives SBF just enough rope.
This crypto savant and effective altruist who says he wants to save the world from existential risk, but is completely uninterested in the lives of people.
My only quibble would be that I didn’t get a clear understanding of what it was exactly SBF was accused of (I got that from this Vox conversation).
But that’s an aside. Definitely my favourite Lewis book so far.
